Cancellation Policy: Our tours run rain or shine. Please check the weather conditions and dress accordingly. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable within less than 24 hours prior to the start of the tour. Any refunds requested within the time period greater than 24 hours, will be refunded 100%, minus the ticket fee.Our events sell quickly, so no partial credit or rescheduling will be allowed for the no shows or the late arrivals. Due to unforeseen circumstances, occasionally we may have to cancel the tour. If this occurs, we will work with you on rescheduling the tour, or refunding 100% of your money (minus the ticket fee), whichever is more preferred.
