We understand plans change. Here's everything you need to know about cancellations, refunds, and what to expect on tour day.
Cancelled 3 or more days before the tour
You will receive a 100% refund, minus any applicable booking or ticket processing fees.
Cancelled less than 3 days before the tour
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.
No-shows
Guests who do not appear at the meeting point at the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.
Rain or Shine
Tours operate in all weather conditions
We run rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
Tour cancelled by Croatia Food Tour
In the rare event we must cancel a tour, guests will be offered the choice of rescheduling or a full refund minus any ticket processing fees.
Please note: Refund requests must be submitted in writing by emailing bookings@croatiafoodtour.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method. The date and time of your cancellation request email will be used to determine eligibility.
